Howdy, it depends on your specs. This was custom made with a large custom cut 11x11mm Chatham emerald center stone. If you want smaller stones or your finger size is different or you want a different metal it will alter the price. This piece is solid 18k gold and I believe it was around $7k.

Hi Robert, Unfortunately, it's very difficult to show the teal color that appears in outdoor light. My light box doesn't mimic outdoor lighting and I didn't think to show it. But outside they are beautiful teal color.

We don't currently offer lab grown tourmaline. But perhaps sometime in the future.

@@LightVortexMatrixStudy I don't know for sure. I'm not a grower...I'm a retailer. But I checked GIA's website for information on synthetic tourmaline and I don't see anything. We offer a paraiba tourmaline simulant, that is actually lab grown spinel instead of tourmaline. I'm not aware of anyone who grows actual tourmaline.

@@jewelryimpressions Indeed they do. The real superiority of Chatham cut gems is to be seen in the evening. Flame fusion gems go dark and lifeless, while Chatham stones just blaze. A platinum necklace of seven to ten carat Chatham emeralds and rubies, interspersed with their lovely lab diamonds, makes both a fashion and a social responsibility statement on the red carpet.

Bryan...interesting comment. Zircon has a hardness of 6 to 7.5 and has poor to fair toughness for treated stones. It is not recommended for every day wear because it abrades easily. For this reason, it would not be a good alternative for diamond in a ring or any other daily-wear jewelry, which is why it's not included in this video.
